Not every square dance group prefers to dance at the same speed.

Different songs, consistent dance tempo
Callers Caddy has long allowed you to temporarily change the tempo of a song. You speed it up or slow it down using a plus/minus value or a factor – without altering the original file and without changing the pitch.
This works very well. However, until now you had to manually adjust the settings for each song.
And this is exactly where it comes in Target BPM into the game.
Set the target pace for each club
In your location settings, you can now... Target BPM number deposit.
For example:
- Club A dances with 128 BPM
- Club B dances with 124 BPM
- A third group is given its own appropriate target pace.
As soon as you play a song at a location, the Callers Caddy automatically calculates how much its original tempo needs to be adjusted. The temporary speed is then set so that the song reaches the specified target BPM.
So you no longer have to think about every song:
„"How much faster or slower do I need to set this song?"“

One song – different speeds
What's particularly convenient is that the setting depends on the location.
The same song can therefore automatically be played at Club A with 128 BPM and at Club B with 124 BPM The music file itself will be played. The music file remains unchanged. You don't need to create multiple versions of a song or permanently re-encode your music collection.
This allows you to precisely adjust the tempo to the needs of your respective group while still using your entire music flexibly.
