The next line? Already too late.
So far, the text jumped exactly when you had to sing it. There was no time for previewing.
You decide when the text appears
Starting from version 0.160, you can shift the timing of when the next text appears. The default is 4 seconds earlier. This gives you time to preview instead of switching in the middle of calling.
This applies to two things:
- Timing text jumps shifts when the auto-scroll reaches the line of a sync point.
- Timing text swaps shifts during Dynamic Lyrics the sequence change and the heads/sides swap.
Your sync points remain unchanged. In sync point mode, the text continues to scroll exactly at the saved time.
Here's how to set it up
You can find both values under Settings → Lyrics. You can set whole seconds from 10 seconds earlier to 10 seconds later (−10 to +10). If you want the old behavior, set both to 0.
Together with the colored reading bar, you can always see where you are and what comes next.
