Progressive Squares are actually quite easy to run—as long as you follow a few simple rules. You can find all the details in Gene Trimmer’s book Specialized Squares and Crowd Pleasers.
Start by forming lines, either Partner Lines or, even better, Corner Lines. In the simulator, each couple is represented by one block. To move a couple, simply drag its block with your mouse onto a neighboring block position. Each move should represent a Pass Thru or an equivalent call.
To resolve the formation, simply move the couples in your Pilot Square back to their original positions. Thanks to the symmetry rules, all the other squares will automatically be back home as well.
(If you like it harder, than try the progressive squares simulator that swaps the partners)
