With many Patter songs, the intro is always the same length, regardless of whether the song lasts three or five minutes.<\/p>\n<p>So why should the Loop Finder think in percentages?<\/p>\n<h2>Search window in seconds<\/h2>\n<p>Starting from version 0.162, you tell the Loop Finder in <strong>seconds<\/strong>, where to search:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Loop-In:<\/strong> for example, between +0:20 and +0:59 after the song starts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Loop-Out:<\/strong> for example, between \u22120:50 and \u22120:20 before the song ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This works for both the 3-minute song and the 5-minute song. If a song is too short for the windows, the Loop Finder won't search and will show you a hint.<\/p>\n<h2>Here's how to switch<\/h2>\n<p>Next to the presets in the Loop Finder, there's a new switch <strong>\u201e% \/ Time\u201c<\/strong>. When switching, the Callers Caddy recalculates the values based on the loaded song.<\/p>\n<p>Your presets now remember whether they were set up in percentages or as time. <strong>Your old presets will continue to run unchanged.<\/strong> You set the mode that should apply at startup under <strong>Settings \u2192 Loop<\/strong> fixed.<\/p>\n<p>This also applies to the rule \u201eAuto-Set Best Loop\u201c and for \u201eSet All Loops\u201c in the Potential window. There you now select the preset, which is set to \u201eSinging\u201c by default.<\/p>\n<p>Get the latest version in the download area.
